How long is the approval process for receiving a loan?
In order to process your loan we will need your most recent bank statement and a copy of a voided check. Fax or mail them to us as quickly as possible. We can not begin processing your loan until we have received your bank statement and voided check. As soon as we get those items, we can process your loan. Your application will be processed during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday 9:00 am until 7:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
Once your application is approved, a loan agent will ask you how much you want, how long you want it, and how fast you want it?

When will I know if I am approved or denied?

What if I cannot pay back the full amount when my loan is due?
If you are unable to pay back your loan on the due date, you must contact our office at 800.723.3050 or use our online refinance application, on or before the business day your loan is due. If we do not receive your request to refinance, your loan payoff amount will automatically be deducted from your bank account. Refinancing is fast, easy, and simple.

How does refinancing my loan work?
Refinancing options are fast and simple. Refinancing your loan means that you want to pay off an existing loan with the proceeds from a new loan. One benefit of refinancing your loan is that you only pay the finance charge due on the original loan and do not have to pay the entire payoff amount. Another benefit is that you may wish to refinance your loan for a longer or shorter period of time.
